Known issues and quirks
Only the DOL-001 model has a digital out port. This port is required for all video mods and adapters.
Mods
- GameCube disassembly guide.
- GCDual provides component, RGB, and HDMI output. Based on the GCVideo project. It has been discontinued in favor of modless options.
- GC Loader replaces the disc drive with an SD card slot.
Accessories
- GCHD mk. II provides HDMI, YPbPr, and RGB output. Basically an external version of the GCDual.
- Carby provides HDMI output using the digital port on DOL-001 models.
- Carby component cable provides YPbPr output from the digital port of DOL-001 models.
- Swiss is a homebrew utility with many features and is required for the GC Loader.
- Game Boy Interface is a homebrew alternative to the official Game Boy Player.
